Corporate and business giving is a valuable way to give back to others whilst improving your own organisation’s profile and reputation.
Show that you care
By supporting us, you’re supporting a charity that is relevant to all your staff. Almost everyone knows someone who works in healthcare and everyone will rely on them at some point in their lives. It doesn’t matter what size your organisation is, you can make a real difference to the Healthcare Workers’ Foundation.
There are many ways that we can work together with your team and business. We will support you and your employees every step of the way. From providing HWF literature and materials to fundraising advice; we are committed to developing a mutually beneficial relationship with our partners.
Please provide details on the enquiry form for us to explore ways we can work together.
By aligning our brands, we could help increase brand value and awareness, enhance public and employee opinion and drive sales whilst raising funds to support our healthcare workers.
Partner with us - make us your ‘Charity of the Year’
With the Healthcare Workers’ Foundation as your charity partner, you’ll link your business to a charity that makes a real difference. You’ll benefit from a close relationship based on a fundraising programme that meets your corporate social responsibility goals, as well as year-round support and donation updates to show how your funds are helping healthcare workers across the UK.
One-off events are a great way to incorporate fun and team building into your business whilst also supporting charity.
You could organise a Christmas jumper day or a karaoke night, hold a bake sale or photo competition, or even take part in Step up for HWF, our virtual step challenge. Check out our take part in an event page to find out how to get involved in Festival Fridays or our Elfcare Run.
Give gifts in kind
When time and opportunities are short, making a gift in kind donation to the Healthcare Workers’ Foundation is a simple way to make a positive difference. We welcome donations of much-needed equipment or goods to support our projects.
Support employee fundraising
Match your employees’ contributions - Support your employees as they raise funds to help others.
If a member of your team is fundraising for the Healthcare Workers’ Foundation, you can offer to match their fundraising total. Not only will this boost morale for your own team, but you’ll also be playing your part in improving the lives of healthcare workers across the UK.
There are lots of ways your company and your employees can volunteer for HWF.
You could offer expertise in terms of graphic design, interior design, merchandise production, marketing support and mentoring, amongst many other things. Or be an awareness champion by distributing materials, pushing HWF initiatives and using your own social media platforms to impact change.
Set up payroll giving
A small act can make a huge difference, and that’s exactly what you’ll be doing when you set up payroll giving with us.
Employees can donate straight from their pay, before tax, to provide a small, regular monthly amount. HWF is registered with the Charities Aid Foundation for Payroll Giving, Benevity, and the Charities Trust, making it easy to choose the giving option that works best for you.
Inspiration for getting involved
We are incredibly grateful to our partners. Take a look at some of projects we have worked on with our business supporters.
Banked allows us to take real-time payments without the transaction fee, meaning we can get more critical funds to our beneficiaries, and fast.
Craft bakery Percy’s created a special shortbread biscuit and donated all profits from its online and offline sales directly to HWF.
Selfridges asked their Instagram followers to mention any NHS professional or key worker they would like to thank and reward, choosing three to five winners each week and sending them a surprise gift directly to their workplace. To help overcome the challenging PPE facial visibility barrier, we partnered with SuperSnaps photo printers to produce personalised, wearable, Polaroid photos of staff, worn outside their PPE equipment.
