HEROES is delighted to announce the launch of our very own Spotify playlist, #MusicForHEROES, now available through the Spotify app.
Music has always and will always be a much-loved and celebrated art. We at HEROES have, with support from Spotify, launched our #MusicForHEROES playlist to lift the spirits and pay tribute to our invaluable NHS workers. The playlist will be a central sonic repository for the HEROES of the NHS and is designed to get the community involved by saying thanks through the act of music.
We’re calling all friends, family and supporters of NHS workers to get involved with our musical movement by adding a song of your choice to the playlist, dedicating this song to your NHS loved ones and donating to HEROES, which is dedicated to supporting the livelihood and wellbeing of NHS staff. Already profiled in the playlist includes the likes of chart-toppers Marvin Gaye, Fleetwood Mac, Beyoncé, Maroon 5 and Sam Smith to name a few.
Know an NHS worker who could use an upbeat hit to brighten their day (did somebody say Stevie Wonder)? Nominations can be made via the HEROES Instagram page over the coming days - get involved, pop on the (virtual and on-demand) record player and say thanks to the HEROES of the NHS. Donations can be made through the HEROES site and from the link included in playlist bio.
The team at HEROES would like to extend a very warm thank you to the team at Spotify UK and Ireland, who have kindly donated ad space to the initiative, enabling existing Spotify users to locate, enjoy, and collaborate with the list.
