Nagina, staff room refurbishment recipient

Ward manager Nagina, who works at a London hospital, applied to improve the staff room for her team, to make it more homely and ensure there was space to eat and take quality breaks. The room was transformed from a bare walled, cramped seating area to a bright well-equipped kitchen and lounge, complete with plants and pictures on the walls. Everyone was delighted at the reveal, with one team member in the Children’s Outpatient Department saying:

‘’It looks amazing! Great space to have a proper relaxing break, which makes you feel away from the stress of the work.’’
