We provide targeted support to people working in healthcare, enabling them to continue caring for us.
The Healthcare Workers’ Foundation is a registered charity founded by healthcare workers, for healthcare workers, to address crucial welfare and wellbeing needs. Our solutions are based on research, ensuring we provide the support that is most needed. HWF is funded entirely by donations and fundraising. We receive no money from the government or NHS for our work.

What happens to a society when their healthcare workers can’t afford to eat? Or their GPs can’t access mental health support when they need it? When workers don’t have anywhere clean and comfortable to take a break in during a long shift?
At the Healthcare Workers’ Foundation, we provide practical and desperately-needed help in the form of counselling, financial support, bereaved family support and staff room refurbishments.
